Shipping and Delivery
We use the Royalmail postal service for the UK 1st/2nd class mail and Guaranteed next day, and for international orders we use the International signed for recorded delivery service.
All payments are to be in GB Pounds (£). Unless specified.
All orders received after 12.00pm mid day (BST/GMT) will be classed as received the following working day.

UK orders only - Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery
In some circumstances it may not be possible to deliver within the above timescales, we therefore apologise in advance and request customers wait up to 15 WORKING DAYS from the date of postal notification prior to notifying Custom Wheel Badges. This allows time for any undelivered or damaged items to be returned by the royalmail.
Guaranteed next day is only available Monday to Friday.
Orders received on a weekend will be dispatched once the order has fully cured on the next working day, this being Monday and delivery will be before 1.00pm Tuesday.
Orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive before 1.00pm the following Monday.
All orders are posted in card backed envelopes, postal tubes or boxes, this helps to stop damage while in transit. Unfortunately damage does happen, in this event return all items to us, we will inspect them and replace where necessary.

Please ensure the data you enter into the forms during the ordering process is correct.
Any items not manufactured to the information entered above can be returned.
We will then either replace the item(s) or give you a full refund of the item and postage (if applicable).
